Divya Patel founded WizCodes in 2025 and remains the engineer behind every project it ships. The studio builds web applications, cross-platform mobile apps, and AI systems end-to-end — scoped on a call, prototyped before anything is quoted, then built, deployed, and handed over in full.

The work spans 30 shipped projects, 26 of them client builds, for clients across 11 countries — from Flutter games live on both app stores to LangGraph agents running autonomously in production. A further 5 projects are published as open source, which is the part of the record anyone can read the source of rather than take on trust.

Based in Ahmedabad, India, working with clients across the US, UK, and Europe.

How the work runs

Three things that shape every project

Engineer-led, with nobody in between

Every WizCodes project is scoped, built, and handed over by the same engineer you speak to on the first call. There are no account managers and no junior team the work gets passed down to. That is a deliberate constraint on how many projects run at once, and it is the reason the work moves as quickly as it does — most of what makes agency delivery slow is the translation layer between the person who understood the requirement and the person writing the code.

Products that are handed over, not held hostage

Everything ships to the client's own accounts — their hosting, their store listings, their repositories, their model keys — from the first deploy rather than at the end. Clients own the code outright and can take it to any other engineer without asking for anything. That rules out the recurring-revenue model most studios rely on, which is the point: it means the work has to be good enough to be recommended rather than merely difficult to leave.

AI systems that take actions, carefully

The AI work is agents and automation rather than chat interfaces — systems given a goal and a set of tools that then do the work and log every step. That includes the autonomous publishing agent that writes and ships this site's own blog, which is disclosed on every post rather than passed off as hand-written. Building systems that can act means taking seriously the ways they can act wrongly, which is why scoped permissions, schema-validated outputs, and human approval on irreversible steps are defaults rather than upgrades.

Verify any of it

Everything above points at something public

Claims on a founder page are worth exactly as much as the evidence behind them. These are the places to check.

Shipped work

Every project, with the real stack on each — including the ones with full written case studies.

Open source

5 public projects. The source is readable, so the engineering does not have to be taken on faith.

Client testimonials

Named clients across 11 countries, with the projects they refer to.
