This policy explains what personal data WizCodes (“we”, “us”) collects when you use wizcodes.site, why we collect it, who processes it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. We are a software and AI development studio based in Ahmedabad, India, and we act as the data controller for this website. Questions? Email privacy@wizcodes.site.
Our principle is simple: we collect the minimum we need to answer you and run the site, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Wico AI helps you get an instant software/AI plan for your business. When you send it a message, that text is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our own server function (a Cloudflare Worker), which forwards it to a third-party AI language-model provider solely to generate your recommendation, then returns the result to you.
We do not run marketing sequences, sell your data, or use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These set cookies and collect aggregated, pseudonymous usage data — page views, device and browser type, and (via Clarity) anonymised session replays and heatmaps — to help us understand and improve the site. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived token to verify human visitors. This data is not used to personally identify you and is never sold. You can block cookies and analytics through your browser settings or a cookie/ad-blocking extension, and honour “Do Not Track” where your browser sends it.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site and respond to you. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We never sell or rent your data.
We operate from India and our processors are global, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the EU. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as our processors' standard contractual clauses. If you have questions about a specific transfer, contact us.
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of: your consent (analytics cookies, submitting a form or Wico message); our legitimate interests (site security, abuse prevention, responding to enquiries); and legal obligationwhere applicable. Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) applies, we process personal data for the lawful purposes described above with your consent or as otherwise permitted.
Contact and prototype requests are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry or project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Wico lead notifications are retained in our inbox like any other enquiry. Analytics data follows each provider's standard retention. You can request deletion at any time.

The site is served over HTTPS. Wico AI runs on Cloudflare's edge with bot protection (Turnstile) and per-visitor rate limiting, and our API keys are held server-side only — never exposed in the browser. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
This site and Wico AI are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our services or the law evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
