Answered before you ask
How much does a web application cost?
There is no rate card, because a rate card prices a guess. We agree the scope in writing first, then give one fixed quote against it — and that quote comes after you have seen a free prototype, so it is priced against something real rather than padded for uncertainty. One number covers design, engineering, testing, deployment to your own hosting, and the SEO and performance work. There are no retainers and no change fees; anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted before it is built. What moves the number is the count of integrations, how much is genuinely custom, and whether you need an admin/CMS layer.
How long does web development take?
Weeks rather than months. A well-defined SaaS MVP is typically three to four weeks from kickoff to a deployed product, and up to about six when there are heavier third-party integrations — dashboards and marketplaces usually sit at the longer end. That pace comes from AI-assisted development and from having no account-manager layer between you and the engineer, rather than from reducing what gets built. The three things that actually move the timeline are the number of systems it has to talk to, how much of the product is genuinely custom rather than standard, and how quickly decisions come back from your side. The specific timeline is agreed in writing alongside the fixed quote, before any work starts.
Do you deploy the site, and who owns the hosting and accounts?
We deliver end-to-end: we deploy your app to your own hosting account (any platform you prefer), so it goes live and stays fully yours. You get all repositories, credentials, and deployment access. There is no lock-in to our infrastructure.
Do I own the code after the project?
Yes, 100%. You own the code, the repositories, the credentials, and the accounts it is deployed to — from day one. There is no lock-in of any kind.
Can you work with my existing codebase?
Yes. We can audit, refactor, and extend existing React or Next.js applications, or build fresh if starting from scratch. For an existing project we start by reviewing the current code and architecture, so the scope and quote reflect what is actually there rather than an assumption.
