Services Provided

WizCodes provides custom software development services including web applications, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and AI-powered systems. All services are delivered on a project basis, scoped and agreed upon before work begins.

Scope and Agreements

Each engagement begins with a written scope of work that defines deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before being undertaken. No surprise charges.

Payment

• Payment terms are discussed and agreed per project
• Milestone-based payment structures are available for larger projects
• Accepted: bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods agreed in writing
• Invoices are provided for all payments

Code Ownership

Upon final payment, the client owns 100% of all deliverables: source code, repositories, assets, and deployment configurations. WizCodes retains no licensing rights over client-specific code. There is no lock-in of any kind.

Confidentiality

All project details, business logic, and client information are treated as confidential by default. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is available upon request at no additional cost.

Revisions and Changes

Revisions within the agreed scope are included. Feature additions or significant scope changes after development begins are quoted separately and require written approval before implementation.

Limitation of Liability

WizCodes' liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. WizCodes is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered software. Clients are responsible for testing before production deployment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
